    No style slipcovers

    There is very little Tailoring happening on the contents. The are only two projects with any actual fitting, a skirted pardons chair and the folding chair on the cover. If you need help making perfectly fitted seat cushions, find a different book. Most of the content is wrapped and secured covers for things, including a printer. Relieved to not find a toaster cover project. It’s a positive book, just not what I was looking for. Mostly because use of slipcovers has become such a modern trend. I’m loving the look of a tailored enhancing slip cover in a light colored fabric. Since this book is older, you have to use your imagination to get the most from it.
