Ordered Wed 11/1 - Spent approximately £10 more than other listings as this seller stated delivery Friday 13/1. Purchase sat as paid with no sign of movement so messaged seller at around midday Friday 13 enquiring as to status and again around 3pm. After 5pm a response came stating a delay in dispatch and apologising. I specifically needed by Friday for Saturday plans I had to cancel. All he offered was to ship Monday for Tuesday. Useless. Only offered to cancel order. What's the point in that??

You made us aware of your dissatisfaction as you had a deadline date to install your speaker. You advised us to go ahead and deliver the order when we could. We apologise if your deadline was not met in time. We have been experiencing collection issues with our courier DPD at present, which has impacted our delivery performance. We take full responsibility.
