The card I ordered was sent off slightly delayed, but the seller contacted me as soon as they posted the card and communicated clearly why there was a delay. It arrived in a small package with a solid rotective sleeve around it, even the package it was in had a solid backing to prevent any possible bending whilst in transit. Really happy with the customer service and this card, looking forward to gifting it to my partner!
