The item itself is robust, exactly as described and good quality, however I've given 4 out of the 5 stars because it was supplied with the wrong instructions which were themselves very poor. Googled images and worked from an image I found but still took experimentation and a couple of frustrating hours to put together. Advice to the supplier - build one yourself, make a youtube video and supply a slip of paper with the Youttube address.

Once assembled the stand is very sturdy. However, the instructions aren’t great and it is difficult to put together in terms of quite a bit of force is needed to get it all aligned. I initially thought that the transom piece had been cut to short. I contacted the seller and they advised to put the transom piece in first. This method works but still needed force to complete the assembly. A step by step instruction guide or you tube link would help.

This is a strong sturdy stand, however the instructions are poor and you need to use the ebay image to help you put it together. I had to countersink the wooden plate as the bolts arent long enough & I will have to modify the top cross-bar as the holes wont line up. BUT if your ok with DIY tools then its a good solid stand for storage of the engine.
