    Marley & Me

    This book is a real heart-tugger. It includes a family. It has a puppy who will go on to touch their family's hearts. It features playtime and multiple life-lessons. And it features the puppy growing into a big dog. Be warned. If you're not a fan of stories where the dog dies at the end, don't get this book.

    A must read for dog lovers

    I originally read this in paperback (which I usually toss) but it's so enjoyable that I decided to add it to my permanent hardcover library. This is a must read for all dog lovers. It's well written and hard to put down once started. I can see myself taking it off the shelf to read every few years.
