This little machine performs above expectation and tackled a bit of tree surgery perfectly well. The chain needs to be oiled regularly as there is no oil reservoir but this isn’t any real drawback and it’s primary used is small garden maintenance not tree felling. The only thing I would point out is that the saw does get hot with continued use, as a precaution if it did start to feel overly hot, I let it cool down before tackling the next branch.
