Spec Ops: Ranger Elite is a tactical shooter with an emphasis on strategy. As in earlier releases in the Spec Ops series, players take control of two operatives from a small group of highly trained Army Rangers. Each member of the group has a specialty, so choosing the best duo for a given mission is an important factor of success. Players guide the characters though 3D-rendered environments from a third-person perspective.<br><br>Single players take the role of one soldier while the computer guides the other. In the two-player mode, a split-screen allows each player-controlled character to attempt to accomplish his mission goals more independently. The Ranger Elite team travels around the globe in this adventure, taking out smugglers and terrorists in several real-world locations.

    Spec Ops is always fun!

    The graphics are clearly from the capabilities of it's time, but they are still cool to look at. The game itself is lots of fun, and in line with the rest of the Spec Ops series. My kids and I are having a great time playing through these old games!
