POSTING
I aim to post all items within 1 day of cleared payment being received, in practice quite often the same day. If there is a delay I will contact you.
 
COMBINED POSTAGE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I am happy to combine postage whenever possible. Please put all of your items into your basket before checking out and pay for all of your items together and you will be automatically be given at least £1 discount per extra item purchased sometimes greater depending on the item. If you are purchasing a few items then there may be further discounts I can give. Please email me and I will give you a quote for shipping. If the postage I receive from you is excessive and I can make savings for you by shipping together I will do so unless you specifically ask me not to and I will refund any extra back to your PayPal account once payment has been received.
 
MISSING ITEMS
A postage receipt is always obtained and items sent by the method stated on the individual listing. If you particularly want recorded/signed for or next day delivery on an item please contact me first this can be arranged at cost on payment of the fee to me.
I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail once an item has been posted.     Excellent product!

    This product is a godsend for anyone who wants to hydrate their skin overnight and wake up feeling as though their face has had a long and refreshing drink. You need very little - just a few drops to massage into the skin as it absorbs quickly. Highly recommended and I will buy more soon.

    Best serum on the market

    I've used this wonderful product since my 30's & wouldn't stop, now in my 70's it's still grt & really helps my skin. I always bought it in Debenhams but now they no longer have shops a friend advised me to look on ebay for prices. So glad I did
