One of the best forms of magnesium for hot baths ive found. I use this regularly for hot magnesium baths, I also use it with distilled water and make my own magnesium spray. Be mindful you need to store it in an airtight container as it will absorb moisture around it. I have 2 large black sealing tubs I use for storage. This prevents it soaking any moisture up. Overall great product and service.
