Worked a treat eventyslly
I hadn’t realised it came with a two pin EU plug. I contacted Philips and fortunately they sent me a UK3 pin attachment free of charge. It was a bit tricky setting it up with the app and I needed my tech-savvy son in law, but once we got it connected with my new Osram outdoor smart plug, my outside decorative lights can now be switched on and off from indoors using either my phone or by voice command to Alexa. Poor and inconsistent connection with lights and then will not work at all with Google smart speaker. This after Phillips stopped supporting the old bridge which thenforced me to buy the new v2 type. (old was working fine)

At last! A remote lighting system that works a treat. Made the mistake before buying Osram Lightify. Ok when it worked, but many issues of failure. Not with my mate Hue.

Pros: The number of products that can be linked up is amazing. Cons: It's another hub. There are so many products out there that need another piece of equipment in order to function is annoying. People who already have an alexa or Google home hub would prefer not to add another hub to their existing setup.
