    Back stretch

    I bought this for lower back pain but was told by expert best for stretching out spine and middle back pain. If you are not used to it can hurt a bit but it's really good for stretching out your spine. So I would really recommend it. Pity no good for my lower back pain still glad I bought it as I do get back pain

    Excellent product.

    I love that it is padded which makes it comfortable to use. For me it works well I have used back stretchers for 12 months now this padded one is kinder on my aged bones. I highly recommend using the back stretcher as since using it for 10 minutes each morning I have no problems with lower back pain.

    I tried it, it looks good quality and I thought I'd hurt my back worse whilst using it. As I stood up though, it was amazing. My back felt like it did 20 years ago. Recommended. My back pain is lower muscle FYI
