As well as being easy to use there's a voice telling you what to do. If you only check your BP occasionally you don't need to put in batteries as it has a USB lead. The lead is a bit short but I have a few longer ones of this type in the house. Also it's not a USB C but it does say 2022 which for me isn't too big a deal and it's very reasonably priced. Would recommend
