Saddened to have to write my first ever negative feedback after many years of buying through ebay. Parcel came badly damaged, so I contacted and supplied all the pictures of the damage they wanted. Firstly they wanted me to send back to them at my cost. Then said that the parcel was signed for without damage. When I showed proof of the parcel being left in the garage without being signed for they haven't replied. I just hope this feedback helps someone else not make the same mistake I did.
