Hi, thank you for your comment regarding dosage. This product is still effective at lower doses and can be used to take in a large array of nutrients from organic foods which are not normally eaten.Unlike medicines natural supplements help restore the body balance slowly and may take a few weeks before symptoms improve but you know you are taking an array of nutrients which can only be beneficial.If you can this product is recommended to be taken for 2-3 mths for max benefit.Hope this helps.
