Ok for the money but you do get what you pay for .the filter bag that’s mentioned is just the paper bag it comes in . It’s loud and has a definite smell of burning from the brushes when first used but that disappears after an hr or so . The filter cartridge is held on by some sponge rubber draught excluder tape . Not sure how long that will last but it’s replaceable .
