Ordered 6 of these for our garden and they arrived punctually.. sadly it would seem they do not check the build quality of these and the first one my mother in law tried could have ended up breaking her back. The cross bar had 2 massive knots in which caused it to snap and sent her crashing to the floor. It could have caused her a serious back injury. When we complained we got the same message again and again asking us to repackage the item at our own cost and send it back.

To be fair I cannot really make a true assessment of this product and I will explain why: The item arrived at around 12.00, in great excitement and anticipation it was unpacked, the sun was shining and I sat in it. . . . . . the stitches burst causing much disappointment and a certain loss of dignity. On investigation it appears the stitching and the method of securing the cloth to the lower rail was faulty. The item was packed and returned to the courier as requested by OYPLA by 1500 the same day as it was delivered (20/07/17). Since then, despite a reminder to OYPLA . . . . . . .
