DVD was listed as new. New to me means still sealed, never played. Arrived without the shrink wrap seal.Messaged the seller and was told they opened it because the disc was loose and then they played it to test it. That would have been slightly acceptable if not for the fact that both DVDs were opened. So I guess they play every disc before shipping them?? That makes them used. Seller offered to let me return them which isn’t really the issue. Be warned they’re not new/sealed.

Hello Yes I do open every DVD and pad it for shipping, I do not send DVDs that are loose in the case thru the mail, I reseat them and pad them so there is less chance the DVD will unseat and be damaged during shipping. I offered this buyer a return label and a refund which he declined, he wanted to keep the DVDs as they played properly. They play properly because I packed them properly.
