The Herman Miller Aeron replacement seat mesh installed easily and was decent quality but not as nice as the original. The mesh was not quite taut enough over the frame but is OK. A lot cheaper than an original Herman Miller mesh.

Prep the pan seat channel by cleaning it properly before carefully positioning the outer frame of seat mesh into the channel. DIY installation is not difficult when properly positioning clamps to hold outer frame flush to pan seat before driving screws into frame, while avoiding over torqueing of screws. There is no need to predrill holes with this method. Don't rush this process and you'll be pleased with the results. Impatience leads to failure!

First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled.
