Paid £25.99 for Royal Mail postage yet item was sent with Hermes/Evri so postage was certainly overcharged. Item was packed with small foam like material which got everywhere in the printer and had to be taken apart to get it out. I was also WhatsApp’d what I consider excessively and I felt uncomfortable with their communication methods.

Agreed - initially yes you did which was pointless as it didn’t show the printer actually working! I then received 2 WhatsApp messages on the 13th as well as you trying to WhatsApp call me on same day and further messages on the 16th

The item arrived as pictured, however the head of the dermatascope was cracked (broken) and so it was not usable. The seller agreed to accept the return. The refund of my payment did not arrive within the specified ebay timeframe but after flagging this with ebay, I received a full and prompt refund.

When you received the item, it was fully operational and had some signs of wear and tear, but it lit up just as it did in our listing. However, when we received it, it was opened and damaged. Unfortunately, due to eBay's return policy, you were able to receive a refund even though you returned the item in a condition that was different from when you received it. Disgrace!
