    Not a problem with the seller at all.The quality of capacitors a lot of the time is based on who made it.These are maybe Nichicon but I doubt it even if they may appear to be.The value was 3300 uF@100Vdc.I measured leakage it was fine BUT the capacitance value was 3.3uF.I measured the value three different ways.Buyer beware.
