We have one aim - to offer you the goods, prices and service you want. We are a small enough company to be able to monitor every order from the moment we receive it to the moment it reaches you, but we have the backing of multiple distributors with whom we are able to negotiate the best prices around and pass them onto our customers.

All our prices include VAT and since we ship from the UK Mainland we are able to provide a full VAT invoice for those companies who are able to claim the VAT back.
 
Shipping and Handling
 
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail postage. (Royal Mail 48)
 
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 92% of items posted via this service within two working days; however we do require 14 working days to have passed before making a claim from Royal Mail and sending out a replacement.
 
There is an exception to this rule for particularly expensive or heavy items (1.25kg+) which will usually sent by next day courier.
 
We do endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis and there are few exceptions however if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
Cancelling an order
 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
 
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, open a returns request through 'my ebay' and follow the return instructions they give you.
 
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
 
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
 
Delivery Schedule

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

In the event of malfunction we will guarantee the product up to a maximum of one year from the date of purchase (unless expressly stated within the listing) however we reserve the right to charge the cost of the cartridge plus a handling fee if we replace a cartridge returned by a customer which is later found to be empty.
 
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
 
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us or open a return via the ebay managed return process which we fully support. Please note that if you return an item using this method, we can only offer a refund for the item and NOT a replacement as this system does not allow any other resolution.

    Brought for my 8 year old son, to save us listening to his iPad, he won't take them off, I have tried them out and they are excellent value for money, easy to use and sound good as well.

    Wireless waterproof headphones

    Sound quality is quite good. As for charging the company says it takes an hour and a half, and the charge last for for 8 hours music time and I think 10 hours talk time. What I found with this is it does not last for 8 hours of music time at all more like 3 hours of music time so I'm not happy he with with the what was written down by the company. I would not advise to buy this wireless waterproof headphones if you don't mind just 3 hours of music time then fine.

    You get what you paid for.

    These headphones are decent, although the sound quality may not be the greatest its good enough to block other noise and get me through my gym sessions. The design is great for low intensity training, however I found that the headphones can become extremely uncomfortable during high intensity cardio like boxing and circuit training. this may be due to the fact that the volume control tab moves around a lot. The battery life is excellent and the functions on the pad are effective.

    Running headphones?

    These headphones are well made and the sound is acceptable and is supplied with various sized ear rubbers , however there is as with headphones of the same style limited adjustment for them to sit on your ears properly...dont get me wrong sitting or walking,cycling or even lifting weights in the gym these would be acceptable however running ...which is what I bought these for ...I found that I was continually adjusting and re positioning as they had moved around with the running motion ...my ears are average size and shape as far as I am aware ☺ and having the controls on the cable so close to an ear piece makes a loose fitting ear piece even worse as it adds extra weight and does eventually when you have worked up a sweat keep pulling the bud from your ear meaning that instead of ...

    Don't bother if you need these for any prolonged use.

    Yes the sound is OK, yes they are comfortable but if you need these for any prolonged use then don't bother. Battery only lasts 2 hours on a full charge. In the end I've had to purchase a different pair as I need earphones for 5+ hours.
