We had a great experience with this company. The initial remote that was sent didn't work. We contacted the store front rather than going through ebay and we had a staff member come to-our house and correct the problem for us. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything worked perfectly. We couldn't be more thankful for the service of these small companies.
