    First of all, seller is a highly recommended and trustworthy. But unfortunately communication is non existent. Order status still showed goods not dispatched after 5 days. No replies from seller either twice. However seller did put extra effort in getting our order before Xmas (Royal Mail 48 Hrs). If goods had arrived after Xmas it would have been no crisis. There are much more important matters in life. But showing no dispatch or reply to a simple query is not great.
