Our 3 yr old Border terrier sits behind this beautifully. We've been able to remove the fixed metal gate out of the kitchen now, which we had to have while she was a pup, and put this up when required, eg when very small children visit, at the bottom of the stairs after muddy walks. Quite stylish dark brown wood, good value compared to white painted one \i saw at double the price.

Too flimsy
Bought this 4 weeks ago to divide a room so my dog doesnt go on our carpet when he has been outside. It has fallen over a few times and has easily broken. The end pieces have fallen off. It is very light and flimsy, not very well built.

A good devise for the price for small to medium dog or puppy.
Does what it says on the tin. Is sturdy enough for a small to medium dog or puppy. When our Standard Poodle puppy gets older I would guess he will find a way through or over. Fairly stable when partly folded but could be attached on at least one side to make it more secure.

perfect for a puppy or small dog . lightweight but solid wood , free stands and will easily cover a doorway with that extra . bought as i'm getting a puppy and wanted to block off my stairs . was impressed so ordered another for when i'm in the kitchen and keep my puppy out while i'm cooking so i wont worry about tripping over him . happy to recommend it :)

Sturdy, light, manoeuvrable - great for my dogs.
I have three dogs and need to separate the two little ones from the big one at night but didn’t want anything fixed to the walls or doors. This has been perfect - sturdy, light, manoeuvrable but the dogs don’t go near it. I can also move it to the garden door which means I can have it open without then running out barking every five minutes. I would definitely recommend this product.
