This plant traveled with companions and arrived fine; the dormant plants had stayed with the seller until they were fit to travel. The plants were dispatched in a really strong box, well labelled and with good big labels marked “This way up please”. I think some of the delivery people respected the labelling, but not all. However, the plants are fine! The seller is great to do business with, and communication has been excellent. My sincere thanks.

Purchased a large fern for £20. It was advertised as being in a 3 litre pot. What arrived was a tiny fern placed in a mass off loose compost to make it look like a larger item. I approached the seller about the issue and was advised to send photographic evidence. I have since not had a response from them. I am now to following up with eBay directly regarding the practices of this seller.

Hello, I received your reply sent at 9pm yesterday and I replied at midday today, explaining this sounds like an error, and we'll happily resolve it. I don't appear to have had the details from you about the size of the polypot, or a photo, which are really useful for us to work out what is not right. We are always happy to help and resolve any issues, but we do need to be given the chance to do so-if you can reply to my message, asking your preferred resolution, we'll happily carry that out.
