Turns out it isn't. I would use this company again Ordered 2 items and it mentioned combined purchase. For some reason ebay does not give option to combine shipping on international orders So this is not our fault.

I just got the body well after the refund was issued and received. I haven’t opened the package as of yet but it feels like it’s in tact and in one piece.
