Cheapskate was supposed to send item Royal Mail first class but sent it via Hermes who then loss the parcel. Wasted my time on an urgently required waste trap. Theres a second one available but he doubled the asking price

This is not true. My listing particularly said Hermes 3 Days and I sent the parcel on the same day this buyer made his payment. Hermes has lost the parcel and it is simply very unfortunate. I refunded this buyer straight away after he said Hermes lost his parcel. I then changed the listing into Royal Mail delivery as I wouldn't want to have any other parcel lost again. The negative feedback is unfair and entirely the buyer venting his own frustration.
