The sellers actions were faultless. Everything happened as expected. However the mower is a great disappointment. The collected grass slows down the airflow to the hover fan making it difficlt to move the mower - it doesn;t hover. Works OK without the grassbox. I've had Flymow mowers for years, this is the first one that doesn't do what you expect. very disappointed. I MUST MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THE SELLER IS NOT AT FAULT. It is the product that is very poor. My advice is not to buy.
