It’s Easy to cut, Very easy to shape it and fit into the areas I was cutting, even on my own I was able to fit it into a 12 foot x 7 foot area. I think I went for the 6mm and it’s almost flat so if you want a little more for cushion, I’d recommend getting a higher height
