Unfortunately, the roller blind mechanism is terrible... it falls out and generally doesn't work properly. I'm sorry but these are my observations. I have to buy a roller blind at B&Q and I honestly recommend this store. Roller blinds are much cheaper and have a decent mechanism.

Terrible terrible service!
In Feb we ordered 3 blinds for a bay window. The large one arrived and we were told that the 2 smaller ones were lost in transit and out of stock.. So we were stuck with one blind which we can't use because obviously a bay needs 3 blinds.
We waited for them to come back in stock and ordered again in April. Instead we received a box of brackets. Then we were told that they were lost in transit (again). In May we were told that they were out of stock (again) TOTAL B.S
