Too both our horror, the replacement had a hole too! Both came in original Lazy spa packaging, it was just the way that they have been folded in the factory thats caoused the problems, as the holes were on the crease. Now, he went far and beyond to sort the issues out. We are very, very happy with his service. One of my top sellers. Will deffo buy from him again in the future.
