Arrived slightly damaged however it is quite delicate so forgivable. Contacted seller for advice on how to prevent the feather stem snapping as it arrived bent in the box. The seller was disinterested and told me to get myself a sharp pair of scissors and cut it off! Very disappointed with response. The fascinator is lovely however the after-sales service could do with some work! Unfortunately I had plans to buy 6 others for a wedding safe to say I’ll go elsewhere!
