The item arrived totally crushed which is amazing as it is heavy solid brass and the package was nor damaged at all. The seller seems totally disinterested in my messages and really just says that it wasn't his fault. Doubt I'll get my money back and will somehow have to attempt to try and get it sort of back into the correct shape. Doubt I'll be able to because the metal is hard
