I was initially disappointed in the packaging the hairdryer arrived in, the description did say original box or repackaged…which I guess it was but it was just a huge cardboard box, not something I could wrap as the gift I intended.
The hairdryer didn’t work so I contacted seller who promptly arranged collection & dispatched a replacement so for customer service A*

Might be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Item came packed really well and in good working order and super fast delivery.
