The bars themselves are very well engineered, fitted perfectly first time and rock solid. The included bags are so far quite good, plenty of velcro fasteners so there's no chance they'll fall off. Overall, they make the bike look great and have attracted a lot of positive comments. Carriers not so good , they advised delivery on a certain day which I was not available so rescheduled for the next day. I got an email from the carrier confirming new delivery date but the brought it on the original day and left I unattended on my front door step!
