It is replacing another Fintie case that only lasted two years due to the sleep on / off function stopped working. This case is much more rugged and hopefully the magnets will hold up better than the previous case. I really like that this case does not have a snap in case for the IPad like most of the other cases, it makes it easier to remove and clean the IPad while keeping it very secure with the velcro flap.
