Fitment was very good on my 07 civic SI sedan and it didn't require any modifications. Over all sound is great for my opinion. It's louder than stock but not obnoxious and it has a very good tone. You can take calls in the car but still have all the sounds you want to hear. No drone so far but again time will tell. Over-all I recommend this for anyone wanting a good exhaust on a budget.
