Seller’s listing photos had stock images for a blue strap with silver colour metal pins but they sent one with brass pins instead. I contacted them with photos clearly showing brass pins on the actual strap they sent but they still said the pins were silver. Photo shows the strap next to a silver pen to illustrate that the strap metal pins are brass. Seller never admitted they made a mistake or apologised. The sign of a good seller is how they deal with problems but this seller ignores reality!
