    The craftsmanship of the work was exceptional! I was carried every step of the way in the design of my ring. I knew how hard they were trying to help me get the ring just as I wanted. They did not hurry or pressure me, which I truly appreciated! I will certainly use Shamrock in future jewlry projects.     The rings were .25-.5 sizes too small on my mandrel, although supposedly the right size on the seller's mandrel. It seems like I need a new ring mandrel :), but the seller was receptive and offered to resize them if I sent them back. Considering the shipping was so expensive should I have chosen to do that, I will get them resized at home. Still, the seller was very responsive and helpful!
