    Excellent service. The items arrived in a secure padded envelope within 2 days of ordering. Well done to the supplier and Royal Mail. I had a small issue though when using the item. The screw used to secure the camera to the plate protruded further than it should. The maximum protrusion allowed is 5 mm otherwise the camera could be damaged. The screw supplied protruded 7mm from the top of the plate. The problem was solved by fitting a 2mm thick washer to the underside of the screw head.
