the CD did DVD did not work as a standalone, however, I copied it to usb stick and all worked (used the disk utility) Giving a 4 because instructions were simply copies of those on disk. Also make sue when installing NOT to connect to network or apple. This hung the installation. The agreement on the DVD lets the installation continue. Also "mail" failed. Once up and running go to library and clean up the mail folder. Otherwise a life saviour

Seller sent a single-use TurboTax that already had been used/activated under another account and therefore could not be used. By the time I received and attempted to use the item, any other reasonably TurboTax items were no longer available. I could have purchased from the same price from another seller at the original purchase time, but now I'm forced to spend $40 more. Extremely disappointing. The seller did issue an immediate refund. But I'm still out $40.
