    Some of Pucks Best

    In this book, you will find 125 of Chef Puck’s favorite recipes. Hitting all gambits in the dinning world. Appetizers like Wolfgang’s vegetable spring rolls and tuna tartar. Though soups and salads like chicken potpie soup and Chino chopped vegetable salad. You then move on with Pizza and pasta, entrée’s sides and desserts, in which he touches recipes of his own roots plus many of other lands. You’ll find yourself going to this resource often

    I am enjoying this book - great recipes

    Good price -- good recipes! I haven't experimented too much with it yet. But . . . I love the recipes I have tried. Easy to follow.
