Very good communication with the company and item as described well packed. The item was dispatched promptly but took five days to arrive. This was entirely due to the courier company used. I have had repeated poor delivery experience with this courier. The company has recognised this situation and has let me know they are taking my comments in to consideration.

This caliper had been handled before and was in a taped up box and not in a sealed bag and had no copper washers or grease included. Upon contacting the seller, he told me that I had received a genuine item and not a pattern part. However his description of so called genuine parts describe the calipers as 'like genuine'. I was offered some Mondeo calipers at a discounted price as they wouldn't offer me a discount. These discounted calipers were more expensive than the same from other sellers.

Item exactly as described. As they are local to me I called them and elected to collect instead, also asking for a further set as both my rear caliper pins were heavily corroded. Items already and waiting on counter on arrival. Pricing of their parts are very competitive. Pins fitted perfectly and now the rear brakes are fully functioning again. Item quality very good and excellent communications. Highly recommended and will deal with again. Top eBayers. AAA+++
