Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.

If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Brilliant little Cooker!

    I love it! It is so easy to use. Fits nicely into my little kitchen. So easy to use for a disabled 84 year old like me.     Hobs don't work in conjunction with oven.

    Hobs don't work in conjunction with oven, its a good size and easy to use, great value for mony but the only draw back is oven must be switched off for hobs to work and vise versa hobs switch off for oven to work. So its best if you buy some seperate hobs if you wish boil veg or potatoes in conjunction with the oven.

    Ideal for small space

    This cooker is good on looks & is good for boiling,frying etc. I have yet to perfect baking,but I have done a successful casserole in the oven. Instructions are easy to follow. It is an excellent addition to my kitchen - there is no room for a full size cooker. This can be placed anywhere as it uses a normal electric socket.

    Great machine for single people.

    The Igenix is a super small oven and double hotplate that is especially useful for people living on their own who don't want to waste money on heating up a huge domestiven for just one small pie or a tin of soup.

    Great little oven

    When you fancy a pizza or baked potato this is why i bought this cooker it saves you putting a big oven on so you dont use as much electric, the rings need be on a few minutes before they can be used but the oven/grill is very good
