Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Floor buffer/ polisher

    I definitely would recommend this product. I have large white tiles in my very large kitchen I have tried using all types of mops, and products, to prevent the smudged look or the streaky cloudy look you have after it dries as well as footprints after it is cleaned. This Polisher is excellent makes your tiles sparkling I can see my reflection, they look brand new an excellent buy and fits in the storage cupboard easily too. I am yet to use any products on it or the other pads I have only used one set of pads with no products and I am extremely happy with this product.

    Not brilliant

    Not heavy enough to bring pressure down to help with the scrubbing or polishing motion. For the head size could really do with a 3 rotating scrubber. White scrubbing pad isn't very good for heavier jobs. To strip a polished floor back you need about 5 pairs of white scrubbers, and you are changing them every 30 mind or turning them over. Washing them is easy enough but if you have a lot of lino to polish it is a nightmare. Sorry folks I should have bought a Karcher machine...

    Cleaning made easier

    It is not meant for industrial use, but for my domestic use on the kitchen and bathrooms floors it is money well spent. It is not perfect, it is light, but it is better than me scrubbing away for hours. I have grey grout so unsure how much cleaner that is, but the tiles are!! It is very easy to use, moves easily, but I do not feel the telescopic part is as strong as it could be. The cleaning pads are easy enough to change but getting spare brush wheels seems impossible, maybe an issue there in the future. Overall I am happy with it, it does as it says it will and it is so much easier than scrubbing the floors.

    GREAT PRODUCT

    I have had previous incarnations of Ewbank floor sweepers and scrubbers and this one is in the same, high quality, easy usage and good value bracket. It does what it is supposed to do with ease, is light and manoeuvrable, and sturdy in construction.

    So easy to use

    Having purchased heavy duty vinyl flooring I found it hard to clean as the finish was anti slip. With having a large dog with muddy paws there were areas I had to scrub the floor! So I purchased this to save getting down on my knees. This is great! So easy to use, and the height adjustable handle is a great help when storing.
