A conjuration!
I wasn't sure of this perfume at first, because it can be difficult to describe, with strange notes I found difficult to quite put my finger on. I first wore it before sleep and as the perfume dried down it expressed itself beautifully and the word "bewitching" entered my mind as I drifted off. It manages to be fresh and yet deep and musky all at the same time. It is delicious and sweet and yet also has a strong, compelling presence suggestive of an uncompromising woman unafraid of her own power and mystique. I imagined I could smell a trace of parma violet at its heart, a hint of spice, but definitely a lot of rosy, musky earthiness! The bottle this magical spell comes in is a work of art in itself too - looks fabulous on the dressing table! The only down side I can think of is that, ... As well as the EDP I have also ordered the rarer perfume oil and would like the little gift set as well. I'll use all of it, and it's a steal at the price - a new favourite which I hope never stops being made!

A lovely scent
This perfume smells lovely. Not too rosy, but flowery, powdery and fresh. Worn it for the first time today and was complimented on how nice the smell was. Comes in a beautiful bottle and pretty box, would make an ideal gift as it looks and smells more expensive than it is.
