    I initially mentioned that the order arrived missing half of the expected items ( 2X a two-pack) After messaging the seller, he responded promptly and was sincerely apologetic about the inadvertent error. He mailed the remaining items the very next day, and when I received them 4 days later, both a bonus unit of the same item, and some samples of related products were also included!     Thank you for being reasonable about the situation. I screwed up sending 1 unit instead of 2. Anytime I screw-up I will try and go above and beyond to make it right. Because the buyer was great and easy to work we were able to right the wrong. In life you will usually get more with honey than vinegar.
