Arrived on time. Paid £5.30 for 2nd class post, which is over priced. Item description very bad. Described as size 10 but more like aged 10. Will be giving to charity shop. Very disappointed daughter as was supposed to be her Christmas present. Seller told but did not ask for it to be returned or offer refund. Certainly wouldn't buy from her again

Thanks for your feedback. £5.30 is the going rate for jackets Royal Mail 2nd class. Item was initially purchased from New Look Women’s section, and is UK size 10 as seen on the label in the images. I wear UK size 10 and found this too big. A return/refund was not an option as you advised your immediate action of taking this item to a charity shop. Please keep hold of the item for a refund/return to be more than happily arranged next time as I am disappointed this was not satisfactory to you
