This seller responded very quickly when I requested a speedy delivery and responded again when it didn’t arrive as first expected. However my mattress has arrived now. It’s has a lovely cover on it and it’s very comfortable and honestly makes all the difference to a mattress that’s too firm for me. I’ve rolled it up now and tied it with the two straps that it arrived with and put it back in its travel bag as it’s coming on holiday with me! It fits in a large hard shell suitcase and it’s great!

The items was delivered on time and was as described. They looked good, but unfortunately I discovered from the box, that they were not suitable for use with an induction hob and I had to send them back. The seller is going to add appropriate wording to their description.

The next day I received a message advising that the missing box was damaged in transport and offered a replacement or refund.
