Seller did not send correct product as listed; photo of product listed was different than what was sent; seller was quick to communicate upon purchase, but would not communicate at all afterwards. We reached out very politely on day of receipt as well as 2 days later and still no response. Unfortunately had to escalate to ebay, thankful they supported and seller had to provide refund and return shipping. Seller does not belong on ebay. Latest feedback from other buyers expresses same sentiment.

Order placed 1/22 and expected delivery date 1/30. I requested cancellation immediately on 1/22 and no response. The item has not even shipped until 1/30. After all my messages and cancellation request are ignored, the seller created the shipping label on the expected delivery date 1/30 and it is still on the way. The seller could just say that do not want to cancel the order and then ship it in time. $20 for the great experience.

Listing description stated wrong size of product and photo used in the listing was not of the product sent. Contacted seller day of receiving wrong item. Requested return and full refund and declined partial, which initially I gave as option before considering the tiny size of item. Sellers response "Lol…no thanks. I have better things to do than deal with demanding buyers like you. I will refund the full amount…Best wishes". Never refunded. Had to escalate with eBay for resolution.
